Sarah is a young entrepreneur, investor, and adviser in the hospitality, green tech, and e-commerce industries. During her junior year at Washington University in St. Louis, she started her first business: a fast-casual, sustainable salad and wrap restaurant near campus called Green Bean. Sarah was a Global Finalist in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards competition in 2012. She is now an adviser and investor to several start-ups in Boston, MA and St. Louis, MO, and a regular contributor to Entrepreneur Magazine.
